i can't find is any where is there some where i can read it online without paying anything

If you want to read it for free, I'm sure your local library would have it. You might have to go on a waiting list for it, since I'm sure demand for it went up with the movie having come out.

Reading it free, your library is your best bet, to get a non-digital book. (I.e. a real book).
It's pretty much illegal to publish books online for free that are still under copyright (which is... something like within 50 or 100 years... I can't quite remember. But I don't think Eragon is included... )

the library has books online. i know that ours dose and it is great.
