Its normal for them to be sore two weeks before your period. Not all the time. All the time could be a hormone imbalance or pregnancy. Talk to your mom.

Hi... when I was 13 my breasts were sore all the time too... Even when I layed down on something.... It is normal especially around the time of your period.... At the time... I had some cystic breast.... Now I am older and they do not hurt at all.... But have them examined by GYN to be safe! Also... they told me then to stay away from caffine products... Coke.. Choclate, and teas and coffee

Your body and hormones are changing so many areas may hurt. Talk with your mother about what she went through because genetics play a role. Remember that at certain times in your cycle your breasts will be more "tender" than at others. Make sure you have a good bra with support to help too

If your breasts are still developing it could be "growing pains" it is also not uncommon to have breast pain right before your period starts. However, if it is constant pain and it is bothering you on a regular basis, that is not normal and you should probably see a doctor.

If you are still developing it is normal to be sore. Remember that feeling because for many women that is also the first real sign of pregnancy.

Well, i think it's normal if you havent had your period... that means is coming soon... and if you had your period it could be the PMS, if not go and see a doctor ok?

It could just be because they're growing. I would be safe to get it checked out by a doc just in case.

You are probably just growing. If they are achy it's ok, if you are in actual pain, make sure you go to a doctor ok? Good luck with them! lol
