Every 5 minutes or so my xbox 360 wireless controller loses connection to my xbox 360 console. It will say on the T.V. '' please reconnect controller ''. I tried putting new batteries in them like duracell, energizer, and panasonic digital and it still does it all the time. What is wrong? What do i do?

I had the same problem, unplug the console from the power supply then let it sit for about a minute then plug it back in. That usually works. i called Microsoft though for that question. If it doesnt work call 1800 4 MY XBOX. They will help y ou out. Good luck!

nicely from the sounds of this. It grow to be operating in the fist position then turns off, it is usly simply by a lose contaner holding the battres in. in case you position on the plastic out then the battres will truly fall out of position and dissconnect the controler. This can also take position durring delivery. answer: Tape the Plastic battrey holder on very tightly. IF: if that dosnt artwork go back it.

-the best thing you can do is call the xbox customer hotline and ask for some assistance
-they will be the one knowledgeable about that
-i think they can replace that if thats not really working properly, oh it also depends on your warranty status

You might want to contact Microsoft on warranty issues. Worst case scenario you pay to ship it to them.
