get em on your back....plant one of you feet, and pivot back in opposite direction with elbows out, so you seal them completely off

i got this one move, its so cool, that i will tell people that i am going to do that move and they still can't stop me... this is how you do it... since i am right handed, i will tell you the instructions from that point of view... when you are on top of the key looking at the hoop, go to the right hand side block... have your back on the defender and the hoop... get the ball, turn a little towards the baseline so the your left side is towards the basketdribble the ball in your right hand... and the very quickly, with your left ffoot as the pivot, swing your right leg around the defenders legs, plant it, spin around, jump up and you are facing the basket...

i think the suggestions that you have are good, but lemme give you one thing to think about. If you watch the pros, and the college game for that matter, no one spins w/o traveling. Just a thought, its extremely hard to do it without shuffeling your feet.
