The fans have accepted her now i guess tho i think she still gets cheered at her matches.She's a diva ie not one of the top-cards so she'll never be popular like DX.
As your 1st answer said maybe her engagement to Kenny Doane from Spirit Squad has put off her male fans.

Most of her fans are males. Perhaps they found out about her engagement to Kenny from the Spirit squad, or perhaps, WWE just isn't putting her in the matches with the right person to give her the heat like she had with Trish!
