Where are you expecting there to be a menu?
I assume you have partitioned the only hard drive in your computer. If that is the case then you need to boot off of a Windows install cd (assuming you want to install Windows) and follow the instructions. During that process you will see the partitions available.
If this is not the hard drive you boot off of then go into control pane, administrative tools, computer management. Once that open choose disk management. This will show you partitions. Again I'm assuming a windows environment.

The fact that you even need to ask this question worries me, partitioning drives isn't something to be taken lightly. Before you can access a new partition you need to format it, to make it whatever format you need. If you running it on a recent windows system (xp+) you will want to format the partitions using NTFS other wise just use FAT32. In windows xp its in Start - Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Computer Management - Disk Management. Find the disk you partitioned in the list, select the partition you wish to format. Right click the partition then left click format, give it the settings you wish to use the defaults are usually fine. If you need any more help just use answers to message me.

When you partitioned the drive you should have given the drive a name, such as D: or E:, depending on what devices you have on your computer. You should have been able to access it under the my computer icon. If you dont see it there you should be able to go under your BIOS menu from startup, by press F-12 or F-8 depending on computer model and select to boot to that partition if you have put an operating system on the other partition. Hope this helps you out.

a partition splits one hard drive into two or more areas for storage or to install another operating systems 9dual boot) ... you should be able to access all your partitions from the "MY COMPUTER" icon on your desktop or from the start menu
"MY COMPUTER"
you will see C: (main root where windows should be installed)
then you'll see other drive letters.. those would be your other partitions... might be letter D or E (depending on how its configured)
there's no specific menu for partitions, its just space on your hard drive so you can put your files into..

The other partition is probably not formatted yet, but it is there!
To format it and access it, go to "Start > Run" and type "compmgmt.msc" (without the quotes).
From here, open up the 'Storage' tab on the right, then click 'Disk Management'. From here, you can see your hard drives and their partitions. Right click on the partition you want to format (from the left bottom half window) and format it, then you can assign a drive letter to use in Windows!

Open My Computer and it will show two hard drives. One "C" and one "D". These are the two partitions on your drive.
You can access either partition by double clicking on it. You can also put a shortcut to either drive (partition) on your desktop.

Go to the My Computer icon on your desktop - this should list all the drives installed on your system click on drive letters other than C:\ - D:\ is usually your CD or DVD drive - if you have partitioned drives it will probably be E:\ or F:\ drive. Hope it helps.

If you partitioned your hard drive, it should appear in My Computer. Look under Hard Disk Drives and you should see an additional drive letter. If you don't see one then something went wrong.
