I have a product that you can't get over the counter, only through a distributor. But it's all natural with no toxic or cancer causing chemicals in it. It de-toxifies you, cleans you out and gives you energy. I love it cause it's a powder that I drink with V8 (you can use whatever you want) and easy to take. It does come in pill form but I can't swallow pills so the powder is easier for me.

My wife and I have been using bee pollen capsules for years. It cranks up energy and alertness levels really well. Also supposed to be good for your immune system. Best with food but very easy on an empty stomach. Does not give you the shakes or wired out buzz that alot of the crap on the market does. Any health food store will carry it.

Ginseng! Ginseng! Ginseng! You can also start taking some B12 supplements.For a good vit to take as a daily try ocuvite. Really does work. Also look into getting some Liquid Life its sold thru a catalog company. you'll have to look it up I can't rem.

alfalfa- good for fatigue, increases energy level
honey- same
schizandra sinesis-boost energy
hawthorn-increases energy levels.
huang qi-good for fatigue
of course: get enough rest, take a multi vitamin, exercise, walk or anything. these supplements can be purchases at walmart or GNC. good luck

...What U need my friend is REGULAR rest, then consume proper food,(fruits-veggies-animal-proteins-then-grains)and regular WATER intake. Exercise regularly, every other day.
Smile most of the time. Go on a date or date your significant other regularly. Maybe do some community service??????
