I think the Liverpool v Newcastle match (4-3) from a few seasons ago was voted the best. How does this compare?

Been many a better game, that Liverpool v Newcastle game was one of the best, genuine end to end action.
Leeds 4-3 Liverpool where Viduka scored all four was brilliant.
Two cup games that stand out, Tranmere Rovers 4-3 Southampton when the Saints were 3-0 up at half time and Spurs 3-4 Man City 4 when Spurs were 3 up at H/T and City were down to ten men.
Terrific question though, I'm sitting here thinking about all the games I've seen over the past few years and how rarely that I don't sit down, just stand up and watch the game as it's an end to end thriller.

I am a huge arsenal fan, i couldnt help but think the Liverpool Arsenal game was the most entertaining of this season so far. But what pleased me more was watching the Kop see their beloved team ripped to shreads by a team with an average age of only 20 years. 70 years since the Kop conceded 6 in a game at anfield bring on the premeirship they wont hav to wait long for another 6 goal crushing.

It was definately one of the best, but so was Sunderland V Charlton in the playoff finals a few years ago, 3-3 after 90 minutes, 4-4 after extra time and Charlton won 7-6 on penalties

yes it was it was the best ever especially when gerrard said that arsenal should be afraid of liverpool and then arsenal destroys them 2 times in a row with 2 different teams

It was a good game if you like watching reserve matches. Chelsea v Arsenal a few weeks ago was better.
