I have read so many answers to these spotting questions. Is it normal to spot and be preganant ( if you don't know that you are pregnant) , and if so how come i don't have any morning sicknesses etc like my last pregnancy. I have never spotted before until after having sex 3 days ago. I had my cycle on Dec 25, so is it not too soon for another one?

Every pregnancy is different, so just cause something is different from the last time doesnt mean anything. Also, you may have just gotten a small tear especially if it was particularly " enthusiastic " sex. This can happen pregnant or not. If you are concerned, call a doc, it can really put your mind at ease to have a proffessional tell you you are over reacting as opposed to a bunch of strangers. I know it helps me.

Yes it is normal, especiallly after sex because your cervix is changing and becoming softer in preparation for the birth of your baby. If you just have a little blood, I wouldn't worry too much. If it concerns you though I would discuss it with your doctor.

i spot just from ovulating and it lasts for about 3 days. hope this helps. i was sick as adog my 1st pregnancy and nothing my second, i didnt beleive i was cause they were so different. good luck.

spotting can be a sign of an ectopic pregancy too
