ABORTION IS SOOO NOT AN OPTION AND SHOULD NEVER BE ONE!!!!!!!!!!!! abortion is the same as murder "they" - as in the gorernment-- say that they baby isnt alive until like a couple weeks into the pregnancy but still you are keeping that baby from being a real human being and would u want someone stopping your life before you even had a chance to live it??? I AM VERY STRONG in my beliefs and hope that maybe one day people will realize that ABORTION IS MURDER!!!! the murder of an innocent child!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep the baby . . . Learn from your mistake? I got pregnant at 16. Obviously I was sexually active, but hello!! I was responsible. We were using protection and oh my -- the rubber broke! Kids today start at 12, 11, 10! It's insane, but it's life. All you do-gooders -- learn from your mistake . . . Like it's a punishment. It's more like a sacrifice, but it sounds more like you regret your own mistake than understanding the difficulties and the strengths of another. FYI -- no I didn't abort. I did deliver pre-term however == 25 weeks gestation, 1 lb, 13 oz -- down to 1 lb, 6 oz and in the hospital 4 months (my beautiful daughter) and each day I was told she would not live through. This May, she is graduating from a private university and in two honor societies, in the head of her class. I didn't pay, I sacrificed and I gave life to a young woman who was meant to be something in this world. And for all I gave up, I'm damned lucky to be her mother! And damned proud! Yes, I could have aborted, I was advised to do so. I just couldn't though I believe it is a personal choice. Would have life been easier if I had -- absolutely f-in YES! Things happen. Not all babies having babies are strong enough or have the support to do as I and many others have done, God can guide the lost and God forgives. I don't think anyone should be so damned judgemental and I really think it is the business of the girl or woman who is carrying the fetus. Look in your own closet for skeletons and stop juding others. Live your own life. So . . . to answer the question; even sometimes married and older, even through planning, how can you really be ready for a baby. Having not had one before you would never know how your life is about to change. Being young it is difficult. Being older it is still the same. It is about selflessness and giving. The most prepared women are sometimes the worst moms. You have to be able to put others first. If you're selfish and needy, think about adoption or if you can handle it -- abortion. I don't think I could handle abortion even knowing what I have sacrificed. My cup has runneth over -- I created and helped a helpless human being make her way in this world and I am so thankful for the opportunity.

i got pregnant when i was 17-my whole entire senior year-had my baby a week after i graduated. I'm not gonna lie and say abortion didn't go through my head-but i couldn't do it, because my baby didn't ask to be born, and i couldn't ruin his life because of a mistake i had made, and i would have regret it for eternity-and hey maybe someday he might help someone or do something good in life. I'm 19 now and don't regret my decision for keeping him-he actually helped me grow up and become more responsible and mature-and i couldn't imagine life without him. His smile can brighten my sadest days. My life is alot harder though, and Im not like every other teenager and I can't go out and party, or sleep in, or go get drunk. His my first priority, and now that I'm in college I had to find a babysitter, and have a part time job as well to pay for the babysitter. Thank god for my parents or I don't know what I would have done. But in the end I know I made the right decision for me. :-)

Everyone has their reasons.... I had my baby because I wanted my baby! I was old enough that I was ready to start a family anyway.
Now if I had gotten pregnant when I was 16 or something. Yes it would have been really hard to raise and stupid of me in the first place, but I would have gone through the pregnancy anyway. Scared to death for sure. I don't believe in abortion!! I believe it to be murder, if anyone has actually read up on the development of a fetus/embyro they would agree.
As for having the child and giving it up for adoption. I personally would not have been able to do that. Knowing My body created a beautiful little creature " a baby" A living being is amazing!
It's something that not every one can do! I would never turn back time!

there is a few debate as to how the morning after pill works. If it only prevents the sperm and egg from transforming into a member of, then it does no longer be considered abortion. If it causes a fertilized egg to be discharged from the female's body earlier or after implanting, then it might nicely be considered abortion. In theory, MAP could no longer jeopardize an modern-day being pregnant, yet there are different variations of it the MAP and it type of feels that they'd artwork in truly different methods. no longer all docs/scientists agree on how the MAP works, and it truly is always perplexed in the regular mind's eye with RU-486, which fairly does reason abortions, so there's a lot of room for false impression and disagrement. Many mainstream professional-lifers are hostile to it because it would reason an abortion (and obviously all and sundry who opposes birth control for religious causes gained't favor to apply it). different professional-lifers (jointly with myself) see it as one of those birth control, fairly than abortion, and don't have an ethical project with it.

People should keep their babies because abortion is MURDER.
Second if they knew what they were doing in the first place they have to take responsibility for their actions.

Abortion is murder. If you are mature enough to do the "Deed" then step up and be responsible...at least put the baby up for adoption...it didn't ask to come into this world or to be taken out.....it is wrong. There are plenty of good, loving people in the world that can't have children, then you have people that will just out and have fun, and then do that...totally wrong

I agree that abortion is wrong...but what if you were raped by some sicko guy? Firstly, you don't know what diseases he carried that could make the baby "messed" up. He probably also could very well be a crazy man with depression and the baby could end up like that. So I think in some cases that abortion is okay. But under any other circumstances NO WAY TO ABORTION!

I think abortions should be illegal! Babies are living beings and it should be the same as murder. If people have sex then they need to pay the consequences. Be prepared.
