With the Service Tag # or Model # at hand, go to the below site.

Enter what you have.

From choices displayed, select "Manuals" then select "Technical Specifications"

Jot or print this stuff out -- it will give you all you need to make an informative sale -- either in person, or on an ad.

Good luck

Start>Control Panel>System>General will tell you a little bit. You can also try calling Dell or checking the Dell site. They might be able to give you more details on your system. Other than those 2 suggestions the only other way will probably be to take the cover of the case and look for part numbers for the pc components and look them up online.

Go to support.dell.com You might go to Drivers, or maybe manuals. Somewhere in there you should be able to
enter the Service Tag number and get system specs.
