Yes, it is legal but not a good idea...
Legal as long as it is not in the bathroom or something like that.
It is your house, you can photograph anyone on your property.

No it is not legal, it is sick and twisted. If you want to watch a video rent one but don't subject innocent women to your perversion. You could end up in jail!

No you shouldn't. It's against the law, and would be rather awkwrd to explain if anyone found out. Even if you were doing it innocently, it is still rather creepy
