Anyone know why we do that??

I do sometimes, and when I do that it's because I truly feel refreshed, I feel alive, like after a long day when I have that first sip of a beer, or after a long morning and I've had that first sip of coffee, or after a long afternoon I have that first sip of water with my dinner....okay I think I'm going to go get a drink now!

Thats because you drink fast without taking an air break then you take a deep breath and say "Ahhhhhh".

Ahhhhhh don't know the answer to that. Maybe, it is a way to break the ice. I know that may be hard to swallow. When Socrates drank the cup of hemlock did he say, " Ahhhhhhhh Sh*t? I never understood what he said. It was all Greek to me.

I tend to go "Mmmmmm" after that first sip. I only go "Ahhhh" when the Dr. sticks the tongue suppressor in my mouth, or has a cold pair of hands when she asks me to turn my head and cough.

I do that on a hot after noon a cold wobbly pop is sooo refreshing

Probably because they were really thirsty and they finally got there nice ice cold drink and it just tasted soooo good. I do it sometimes.

I dew it sometimes. I'm not sure why or how many other people do it, but I do wonder...
if hospitalized, unconscious, dehydrated people do it right after they get hooked up to their I V... some how... they'd have to, right??

Yes I do. More when I drink iced tea. Cause it's good.
