I think so, I tried to make an account before and it wouldn't let me do it without my credit card information.

1st. go toitunes 2d visit the itunes shop third visit The apps section 4th fake your going to purchase a loose app fifth enter your information 6th whilst it comprises the credits card section go with none and additionally you enter the different required information seventh Your account would be created in case you do no longer choose the app purely purely eliminate it

That is how secondlife confirms your age, so yes you need to put your credit card info but it will not charge you anything.

The truth is obviously simple there trying to scam people i say call 911 on them so u can help thousands of people or u just made a simple mistake
