hi,
According to the prophecies made by Maya's calendar the world will end in 2012,but similar predictions have been made before but i think our human race has become resilient enough to deal with all the mishaps that it has faced in all these time of its existence so be optimistic

I really don't think anyone can say that the lack of another cycle after dec. 21 2012 prophesizes anything. Perhaps someone grew bored with it? Maybe they were too busy surviving to count further. I wonder if people of the future will base their beliefs on things we left behind? Maybe they'll find a starbucks menu somewhere, that should raise some questions. "Cryptologists translated it to say 'espresso macchiato' but the meaning of this is still unclear." This probably doesn't answer your question, but it was fun to type, lol.

in the year 2012, the world might not end yet because not everything ends that fast.

People have been predicting a quick end to the world for centuries. I have lost interest in the subject. It it ends, yeah fine, whatever.

I sure hope not. That's the year I get to start collecting my Socoal Security, and I damn sure want to collect at least a part of the monies I've paid in over the years. (and that's quite a nice chunk of change, if you will) I think it would really suck to never get to collect something back from the government.

they say so mant things about it ending... but theres only 1 way to find out..if u live till 2012 congradulations!! u'll know.... i dont think the world would end, its peoples world that ends when they pass/die

ok this is said every year it was said its gonna end in y2k and almost every year since that the awnser is compleetly no unless sci-fi comes true and sliens attack witch they wont the worls will last for millions of more years
