Have you ever posed nude for an art class/life drawing class?

If so, what was your experience?
was it tedious and boring to sit there 4 a long period of time?
what was the pay per hr.?
DId it make you feel great, as after you finished felt less inhibited and even more proud of your body~like a different type of confidence normally we don't get to express/develop due to be covered all the time?
what did you like/dislike about it, would you do it again?

no, I have not personally, but would be open to it. I have however, had nude figure drawing classes and can answer some of your questions. this was at a university, and the pay was $14 an hour, for three hour periods. the sitter got a break every 20 min. for five minutes. You do have to stay very still, which might be harder than you think, also, limbs might go to sleep if you have to lay on them for 20 minutes. The teacher has always been very respectful with the models and stressed that with the students.
You go in with a robe on, drop it for the poses, and put it on between poses. I've seen very skinny models and really fat models, and both are accepted and great to draw. No one judges you for this, it is a bit awkward for the students too at the beginning. I admire those who can do it. hope this helps a bit.
