How can you write or burn a DVD in a CD RW burner. You just try playing a DVD in a CD player that's it simple. You get your answer then and there.

It has nothing to do with the + and -
A CD burner burns only CDs. To burn a DVD you need a DVD burner.

No. It doesn't have the precision to get that much data packed onto a DVD. As soon as you put the disk in the drive the program will complain that it is not a valid CD. Also you need either a software or a hardware capability for DVD encoding that CD programs do not have.

no, because the dvd is +, and yoru burner is -. only dvd burners + are able to burn both dvd's.
