No, it laptops, almost every thing is wired into the motherboard.

The video card definitely is.

It's unlikely. Most (not all, but a vast majority) laptop video cards are soldered onto the motherboard. It's a pain, I know... Quickest way to find out the answer is probably to post your question on http://www.notebookforums.com/ on the Dell section.
