I would like a job which would allow me to travel internationally especially to West Africa Ghana Accra. What tye of educational backround do I need, very interested and almost out of time(36yo).

join the peace corps. i did it and it changed my life (i'm also 36) :)
if you watned west africa, you would need to know french. i went to kenya with no language and learned swahili while i was there. there's lots of options depending on your background... teaching, environment, deaf education, public health, information and technology, etc. i had a generalist background (psychology) and taught about HIV/AIDS.
