Sounds like an electrical problem. Do you go offroading with it?

I'm going with brake booster on this one. It explains all the symptoms, except for maybe the ABS light. A vacuum leak in the booster could cause the engine to stall and will also cause the pedal to go limp. The ABS light? That could be related, maybe not. Take care of the booster first, then see if the ABS light is still on.

Wow. That makes no sense to me. In GMs, the ABS light coming on usually indicates that you have lost the ABS functionality of the braking system and now the braking system is back to a normal power brake. Since you are losing power along with this, you may have a computer issue. I would put a code reader on it first, to see what kind of codes you are getting.

Don't spend money on this problem yet (unless you are going to the store to buy a code reader). I think you'll be wasting your money until someone gives you a definitive answer.

sounds like a combination of faulty master cylinder, and brake booster. (check around the brake booster for signs of wetness where the master cylinder mounts to the booster) The booster leak would be the same as a large vacuum leak, the pedal going to the floor would internal leakage of fluid around the internal seals of the master cylinder.
