The fact that they are trying to keep you apart, just going to make you want him more . And one day you just going to do what you want . and your almost 18 so freedom coming! I would tell they how wrong their being , by trying to lock you in , they're actually losing you. if they gave you more freedom you would have a want and a will to come back and visit them . Since you almost out on your own .

I was in the same predicament... when I was 15, he lived 5 hours away. trust me, don't cut school, but instead, sit down with your parents and bargain... Tell them u'll do as you are told if they give you the opportunity to see him... ask if he can stay over, that way, they can keep an eye on you and you still get to see him! Believe me, if you show them you can be mature and compromise, they will respect you a lot more. I didn't stay with my guy for long, but I hope that if this is the boy that you want, you will do whats best for you, not just what feels right! most of all, enjoy yourself!

I would be smart enough to not skip school because, afterall, education is more important than silly teenaged puppy love. Parents can't make you break up with someone, but as for taking away your privilages, I support them.

Well what do you expect when you are not acting responsible you must not be old enough to be seeing a boy if they can take your privileges away you need to think about your actions and understand what position you have put your parents in.

Listen to your folks. You are sending the wrong signal to this guy(when you skip school) .If he really cares about you he would make some type of effort to see you. Keep in mind your mom&dad want what is best for you. They are not trying to hurt you.

Why don't you give your parents a break for a while. Don't bug them and act like it doesn't bother you. Then maybe they'll feel guilty also and give back your phone.

You should get your education instead of cutting school. When you have a job and make your own cash, you can see any boy that you want.

That sounds a bit harsh but as your parents that is their right.
Look for a b/f closer to home and don't cut school any more.
