alll you have to do is basically popthe back of teh board with your back foot up and kick out with your font foot and let the board spin. it took me a while to land it. focus is key when wanting your feet to land on the board.look down and focus.

Try to remember to roll that front foot to the side and drag it up. It seems to flip cleaner if you kick out on the corner of the nose. Bring up the back foot so it doesn't stop the flip.

Go on youtube, and look for kickflip videos. Quite a few of them actually teach you how to do the trick. I learned mostly from that. Hope i helped and kick *** in the future!
