People come in all heights, weights, and builds/frames. You would need to average out everyone to get an average male waist size. I guess you could take the measurement from a size medium and call it average--but it wouldn't really be, as large is not the largest (XL, XXL, XXXL).

I dont know about exact waist size. but 32 is a common pants size

Depends on your height. A healthy male should be around 38 or 36.
