As far as the DB, DBZ, and DBGT story lines go there is no such thing/appearance of a SSJ5, It only goes to 4 and then the golden monkey. Though You might be able to find Fan art of one if your just looking for pictures. There is the DBAF (Which was supposedly a fourth continuation of the series) is purely fan made which was just an old rumour, but pictures of a SSJ5 Goku and Vegeta are really easy to find. I suggest google image search on SSJ5. Quite a few good picture ( just looked up now ^_^; )

Any good DBZ fan knows there isn't really a ssj5. SSJ5 is nothing but fan fiction made by fans who want to continue where DBZ/DBGT left off. It's nothing but fiction.
