Do men's ears grow bigger when they get older or their faces get smaller, or not at all?

Our ears and nose continues to grow as we age despite the fact that the rest of our body doesn't. Not very fair, is it?

lots of apendices keep growing after being an adult
like the nose as well
this is a natural phenomina.
although people shrink with old age
