No need to have a Caste system in society. But what was meant by'Varsrama Dharma' is just a classification of Human beings accoeding to their inherent Nature, qualities of head and heart.

no, caste system is not at all necessary. i feel people should grow up. treat people b their behavior and not by their caste.

its not only horrible but also demoralising....my pint is that it should be totally banished...and ne1 who applies it shud be boycotted...it makes 1 feel unwanted....
