Take Advil or other ibuprofen. Tell your doctor that you have menstrual pain. Birth control pills usually help. Menstrual pain can be a symptom of endometriosis and birth control pills can help with that too. Always tell your gyne about menstrual pain.

Take a birth control pill.
I raised two daughters as a single dad and it works because it makes your body think that you a pregnant.
