They might be due to win it, but I wouldn't be suprised if they didn't. They got blown out when they played really good teams. Look at the Rose Bowl (I know USC isn't in the conference, but still). It really might depend on their recruiting class, and the recruiting of the other teams in the conference

Gotta go with my team, the Wisconsin Badgers. Only one of 2 Big Ten teams to win their bowl game. GO BIG RED!!

The only team that could possible stand in their way is Wisconsin. People boost about Penn St..But I think they are still another full year away from being good again.
