dribble with your fingertips on the hand you don't use.....in other words if you are right-handed use your left hand to dribble with.
Very important to use fingertips; using palm of hand you got no control when running full speed with ball.
practice everyday in gym, at home, when you got free time.
Also, do fingertip pushups to strengthen fingers....
