i have HM Cut but i have no one to teach it to! i can't find any pokemon that can learn it except my starter, but i don't want to teach it to my starter. i'm currently in Dewford Town.. somebody help me!

The Pokemon isn't whom but for how long you see if it is going to be for a short while then don't give it to someone you are taking with you everywhere, but then again if you are going to use it all the time you can give it to a Pokemon you will use all the time!

Go to the woods outside of Rustboro city (petalsburg woods) there is a Pokemon there called Sroomish, it can learn cut. Also outside of Rustboro in the grasses theres a Pokemon called Nicada that can learn cut.

you can get a zigzaggoon to learn cut. They are all over the place.
