you can always try moding the files, its underthe hard drive, windows, then do a search for the runescape folder

however doing so would get you banned from runescape, and their anti moding personal constantly monitor all stat changes, so if they see someone's stats jump from lvl 10 to lvl 86 in a hour they would proballly notice that.
