Not too often. When I delete a question is usually because I asked it with a bad attitude and I didn't mean what I said.

No, I haven't experienced that yet. I have deleted a couple,because I didn't ask my question correctly, and people had difficulty answering it.

then it is not a question, but your fear of reality that is causing you to delete, asking questions is to gain information, if you already know the answer, but are looking for confirmation, or possibly permission to do wrong or right it is again reality telling you what you already know, and some of us do not want to accept what is real
