I need an attorney or an organization knowledgable in ADA and civil rights law that is willing to take on a class action suit for discrimination and civil rights violations. The attorneys I have spoken to either are not knowledgable in both areas or claim it will be a conflict of interest. I have found one, but I can not afford the retainer. Also, Wisconsin Judicare can't help me.

Have you tried the American Civil Liberties Union? If it is a class action that affects the civil rights of many people, they may be interested in taking the case.

Check with your local chapter of United Way and see if they have a telephone number to Legal Aid in your area.
