I think Eddie Murphy would be the best decision after seeing DreamGirls. Any other candiates?

If you all can remember Eddie Murphy is an excellent singer and dancer also know for doing James Brown in the Past and had an record out in the mid 80's think long and hard Jamie is a good choice but is he truly the best.

I heard something horrifying the other day. A reporter said that Usher wanted to play him. Man, that's messed up. It should be Eddie Murphy or an unknown. They should do a nationwide talent search.

I would say either A)Jim Carey (man can he bring the funk) B) Jamie Fox (but he's alread done this) C)Micheal Jorden (for his amazing acting skills from Space Jam)
