.Yes make sure you have washed the walls down first and let them dry , i done my caravan with washable paper in the kitchen and wallpaper you can paint over so if it gets dirty better painting than having to strip wallpaper of again. If is a old caravan i would paper but if its only a few years old i wouldn't as when you go to sell it the buyer's might think there is seriously something wrong with the walls.
