Idea is to work smart not hard. Sometimes it is better to walk at 50% to get 80 % result then to walk 110% to get 100% result. Think about what I have said and what it means. However having said that they are tasks that do require 110% effort and 100% result but these are very few and often personal in nature.

Hard work means not physical hard work or living weight on your head. But while on job you have to give your whole concentration on the work. You should not divert your attention in listening gossip of other staff. You should complete your work in time.

Just make yourself calm first, concentrate only on your work.
Think yourself that you have to achive a lot.Then you should have an interest on your work,you should not feel that when you will escape from it.Do every thing with interest and concentration then you will be the winner.

Do everything in the most difficult manner, and don't enjoy it to obtain a goal.
Work easy: use tools, reasoning, intelligence, and enjoy obtaining your goal.
Working hard maybe what we do when we are trying to gain someone elses admiration so they can obtain thier goal
