what is wrong with your friend does ciara look like she is on drugs have you heard her talk if someone asks her a questions she explains in the greatest detail and some times it gets really boring and besides have you heard peopole who do drugs have you ever heard how they talk and about her having the man part that is so not true have you seen her in tight pants she doesnt look like it and another thing she dances way to good to have been doing drugs or to have a manly part and i mean even if she did dont you think she would have kept that one of hert huggest secrets i mean geez can you at least lay off the penis thing i mean just let the penis thing go its done and over with if you ever go on any of her websites or watch her on t.v you will see that she clear this whole thing up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who cares anyway if she isn't. At least 80 per cent of celebrities are into drugs. They think it makes them more active. Your friend might be right. Ask her to prove it to you. She doesn't look it. I dont think so

she doesn't have a nut and she doesn't do drugs. i think her dad (he's in the military) wouldn't like her to do drugs and she looks too feminine in her outfits to be a guy. People just like to say that to cause a commotion.
