You can buy this stuff at the store that is like nail polish, when you bite your nails it taste really bitter. It's nasty-trust me. That should help, the first time you go to try to bite a nail-you will learn a lesson cuz the taste stays in your mouth for what seems like forever.

I found a product called Orly No Bite. It's a clear nail polish that tastes bitter but also promotes nail growth.
Plus. . .think of all the things that get stuck under your nails. . . .it's hard to get the skin under the nail sanitized with just general hand washing.

you can buy this thing called stop nail biting! it really helps and it dries quickly so if you put it on and try to bite your nails it tastes really bitter. i tried it and my nails grew a lot and my pinky nail was really healthy so were the rest of them. so try it because you'd be happy you tried it. the people who made that are brilliant!. good luck with it!!!!

a really good way is to put nail polish or nail polish remover(this works better but you would have to apply it regularly) on your nails...this way when ever you bite them you tast the disgusting nail polish remover and you wont want to bite them...eventually youre nail biting habit will go away! hope i helped!

Try getting fake nails, then if you chew them it will give your real nails time to grow underneath the fake nails

Ive been doing this for years, only thing that has sort of helped is to occupy my hands with other things, like playing the guitar. Another thing I do is I carry a fingernail clipper with me at all times, and keep them short.
