stuff i already knew.
i work around a lot of people who want the old days to come back and think things have gotten worse.
it's a good way to help people understand that
things change (at work) and you will be happier if you adapt.

I read it when I was going through an exceptionally difficult time in my life. I thought it had good pointers for getting on with life and not just sitting around wallowing in the fact that life has changed. Overall, the concepts in the book helped me -- though I do continue to wallow from time to time (must be a character defect!) :-)

I read it a few years ago because it was given to me by a boss that I couldn't stand. He and his wife had taken over my workplace and they are both total as* *oles. So my opinion of the book is totally tinted by that experience. It was kind of a silly book. Basically it says you need to be able to deal with change.

Yes, the book makes some good points. I think that most readers could take something from it.

yes, it's really great book. i really learnt to manage CHANGE. the book enables you to change your mindset about any CHANGE that may occur in your work place, home, among friends etc., it's truly great book. but anyhow, if you believe a doctor, then only you can get cured at him. similarly, if you grasp every point of that book into your mind, and follow them heartfully, then only you can enjoy the results.
