looking for friends but have old address and they have moved?

Write to the old address with hopes that they put in a forwarding address at the post office and ur letter should reach them if it is returned try white pages .com for the state they last lived in and city and go from there. Nobody is hard to find wherever they move to they have to pay bills unless they got put on the witness protection program to hide from the likes of u.
