I wouldn't say psycho, they just give me a good laugh. They stand at their front window and watch my husband and I, (come home from work, shovel the driveway, bring in groceries, etc.) At Christmas I made cookies, fudge, brownies and rice crispy treats. We went over to give them some and they swore up and down that it was poisoned and we were trying to kill them. They refused the plate of goodies. On Christmas morning I woke up at 5:00 am to put out presents. I'm not allowed to smoke in the house, so I went outside to have a cigarette. I noticed my neighbors blinds were up and the TV was on. They have a big screen TV. They were watching a porno and getting it on. I just started laughing. I finished my cigarette and went back in the house.

i'm not sure if this qualifies or not, but when i was walking my dog past the neighbor's yesterday, i saw the lady 3 houses down from me on her front porch crying her eyes out.
"Lucy, what's wrong?" i asked.
"the hospital just called and said my mom died!" she replied.
i comforted her for a moment and went on.
this morning, i passed her house again, and same story.
"are you still upset about your mom, hon?" i asked.
"not as much," she said, "but i just got a call from my sister, and HER MOM DIED TOO!!!"
