10w30 in the winter 10w40 in the summer (Depending on where you live. If it's always cold, 10w30. If it's always hot, 10w40.

I have a 98 Nissan Sentra & use the high-mileage formula (10w30). I would suggest that.

if its got a lot of miles on it,,id go with a good synthetic oil in it now,,it will make the engine last a lot longer,and run a lot better,also,i use it in a few higher mileage vehicles,,and it has helped them a lot but that's what id do,if i wanted it to last a lot longer,,its expensive,,but then so is a new engine,,if you had to replace it,,good luck i hope this help,s.
