Yes, I hate the noisy shoes! But my number one still has to be people talking loudly on cell phones. Now, with these blackberries, or whatever they are, you see people walking down the street looking like they're crazy and having a conversation with imaginary voices, only to realize they have a thing in their ear. I miss the days when you had to be attached to a wall to talk on a phone and it was usually done in private. Last thing I want is someone sitting next to me having a phone conversation - am I supposed to not listen to it?

Whistleing. it's bad to have it as a pet peeve, because it's a sign of happiness, but I hate when it's finally nice and quiet in the office and then someone feels the need to whistle.

When I am taking a test and someone sits there and sniffles the entire time....that makes me so mad. I want to get up and smack them in the head with a box of Kleenex. That sounds harsh but when I am taking a test I need to concentrate and that makes it a little difficult.

Whooo ! I have many:
1) students who chew gum in my class
2) Men who refuse to remove their hats in public places
3) Men and boys who 'sag' (wear pants below their butts, showing off their underwear)
4) people who wear gold and platinum on their teeth!!!
5) People who curse
6) Folks who cut you off and then throw up their finger if you blow at them.
7) Rude drivers - who don't give signals - as if you can read their minds
8) People who talk on cell phones and know they can't concentrate on their driving at the same time
9) liars
10) People who ask you to tell them the truth and then get mad at you when you do
11) people who borrow money from you and ignore you AND then have the nerve to ask for more favors!
12) Pretaped phone mesages that are initiated as soon as you say hello. You never know who is calling, or what they are calling about - yet they say "Please call, so and so' as if you are really going to do it.
13) Telemarketers who call your house after 9:00 and act like they don't know the law - and then want to get smart with you when you ask them 'who' they are calling and they say "the man of the house" or whoever the homeowner is. My comment - if you don't know the name of the person you are calling you have no business calling. Don't call me again. Take my name off your list, or expect to be turned in.
14) People who 'smack' when they chew food.
15) People you send gifts to (wedding, etc) and they don't have the decency to send you a 'thank you note'
16) People who expect you to do things for 'free' just because you are a Christian. I play piano and sing and many times I run into people who think they can get two-for-one and don't plan for their 'music program' - and want me to do 15 songs, singing and playing for 3 hours for $25.
17) Neighbors who walk around 2-3 o'clock in the morning above your head, playing loud music and having sex - after you have told them YOU CAN HEAR!
18 )Students who won't do classwork, won't do homework, act out in class, and then want your blessing and forgiveness and a better grade so they can make the basketball team - and when you still say no - call their 'mommas' who try to 'demand' you c hange your grade for 'their child' or they will go to the board on you.
19 No child left behind law! Teachers are the only ones who are held accountable.
20) Skunks in the middle of the road (their odor can last a month after they have died!!!??!!!

when ppl walk around and the tag of thier shirt is sticking out. It takes a second to check after getting dressed. I have been known to tell a stranger and ask them if I can put it inside their collar. They are always thankful, and let me. :)

I head Human Resources & it drives me crazy when people call answering an ad and they don't already have a pen. I know it may seem miniscule, but you'd think they'd be prepared...They call me!

first one to come to mind is people who wear sunglasses inside (because there's no need and it seems like they're trying to hide something), also drivers who tail-gate or don't use turn signals (it's inconsiderate and potentially dangerous).
