No undergrad has a real "law" program. Law schools really don't have any requirements. They really just want to see a bachelor's degree (in anything), what grades you got, and your LSAT score.
Cal States don't have law schools.
There are 4 UC law schools. In order from best to worst, they are: Berkeley, UCLA, UC Davis, UC Hastings. They're all first tier law schools so they're all better than the great majority of law schools out there.
