I want to overclock my cpu the intel 6700 duo core

Don't listen to the last guy, the Core 2 Duos respond very well to overclocking, and you DO get a performance increase. Unfortunately some people like to run their mouths about things they don't fully understand. Your about as smart as a goldfish! Only a total idiot would try to overclock a processor that is already faster than any software on the planet needs!
OKAY Mystik! You explain in your answer what the point of overclocking it would be! What exactly would he gain bright boy? He could read his email .1 nanosecond quicker?
