is it true you have lighter - less painful periods after you have had a child? or is that a myth?

There is some truth to it, but it totally depends on the person. Some women have lighter, less painful cycles, while others worsen or stay the same.

Not true across the board. It would vary from person to person, I'm sure, but I have two kids and there has not been an improvement in mine.

sometimes it can be much lighter, but other times it can get worse... with each pregnancy it can change.

Mine are still heavy and more painful but I have endometriosis.
