ok well both of those bands have really taken off in the last few years and such but some similar bands that a kinda low key are
Fenix TX, RX Bandits, Mindless Self Indulgence, Leftover Crack, and Choking Victim
first 2 are a lil more punky
3rd one is really kinda out there but they are pretty sweet
and the last 2 are just amazing

Unwritten Law and Taking Back Sunday are similar. A good way to find this information is to listen to My Chemical Romance fan site on yahoo launch cast radio. That's how I find similar artists.
