What can you do if a cop is being an unfair and mean jerk? What are our rights?

Is there anything you CAN do? Just asking cause i remember times cops can be mean and are scary.
Also i once went to get a criminal record check and rang the bell twice and a cop said "If you ring that bell one more f***ing time i will throw you in the cells". I was shocked and upset at what he said.

It's police like him that give the good ones a bad name. I had a similar incident where a cop was going to arrest me for a bogus charge. I challenged him to do it. I could just see you going before the judge, umm i rang the bell more than once. Yea right... The problem is that these guys that are corrupt cover each other. Your only real recourse is to get a pizzed off, vicious attorney willing to make a mockery of the officer and they know just how far to push. I think every town has a lawyer that "takes on the system" ask around. BTW, yes there are good cops and I am sorry these ******* give you a bad name.

I let it go and silently :X and live on with their stupidity because being the citizen of that naive country, I understand so far around the globe, these cases seldom stand up for it's fairness and justice. Reality Starks unless there is someone like Dr Henry Lee or an noble enforcers around. :) Personally experienced all the times and it is a corruption (power) age now.

Before logging a complaint, make yourself clear and very sure that the authority does not cover up one another. Consequences, I believe it is in everyone's mind.
