Do positive things, go for a swim, a jog, go to the beach, play with some animals/pets, feed some ducks at a local pond, watch an uplifting film, play a constructive video game or read a nice book. Just don't have pea soup any time soon :-P

Why !? If I go to the (scary) movies, I don't want
to forget them... Sometimes I watch a good one more than
9 to 13 times. "The Cell" for example... Saw it more than 21 times...
Anything wrong with that !?
"Exorcist" is a special movie --- maybe
You need one.
I mean an "exorcist" !?
Aaron.

my dad always taught me to think 'behind the camera' i.e think that in a scary scene there are always loads of people about behind the camera - cameraman/soundman/ director etc. Adn think of it as a movie set instead of the scary scene in a movie. It's always worked for me.

Picture the scariest scene in the movie, then picture one of the actors tripping and falling flat and the director yelling 'cuuuuut'! and the studio staff helping him off the floor and the director yelling at him for being clumsy, then him yelling back at the director, going out for a cigarette break, and then coming back to do it all over again!

Watch E.T., and cry.
That should stop you thinking about The Exorcist.
