Ok, this may sound ridiculous by it actually works and cleans your keyboard very well, especially if you spill liquid on it.
Remove the keyboard from your computer.
Place it in the dishwasher with NO soap or detergents.
Run dishwasher. Make sure you don't have the dry heat option on or you will melt your keyboard.
When the dishwasher is done. Remove keyboard and set it out to dry. Allow it to completely dry before you re-attach it to your computer. Shake your keyboard, if water comes out, it is still wet.
Install keyboard when dry, and your key board will be like brand new.
I have an extra cheap keyboard I use when my nice keyboard is being washed and air drying so I can keep working.

you can take them off one by one and clean them that way (gently release one of the corner ones with a knife) - just make sure you replace them correctly!! Or just unplug it, wait for the tea to dry and get some polish and a cloth and it should come off that way. If the tea has got underneath the keys you may have to remove them. We spilt coke on ours and it went sticky, as we never removed the keys. It annoyed me so much I bought a new one!! Happy cleaning

Unplug your key board from your computer. Pop the keys off and use warm water to wash them. Use a lightly damp cloth to clean under the keys. Let the keyboard dry completely before you put the keys back on and plug it in. It is very important to let it dry completely!

Don`t drink tea :-)
Be very careful, don`t go poking about the inside of your keyboard with a knife. If you are not happy with opening the keyboard to clean it. Take it to a trusted shop and have them clean it. It costs little.

When it happened to me, I used a combination of paper tissue and cotton buds...do you take sugar?....if you do, you might want to follow up with a series of damp (not wet) cotton buds....then, always use a small soft paintbrush to keep it dust free.
